Title: Decrease the spawn time

Since all of us want to burn the last tickets, can you please decrease the spawn timers , we want to have deathmacthes, but waiting 45 seconds to respawn is a bit lame!

There's already like 10 battles for NA prime time, only going to be more and more until strat ends.  Having reduced spawn times (or capping spawn times) would help some of these battles end quicker.
