Yo!
I personally participated in the occasional strat battle for larks and the XP, and occasional moved around the map to where I was told, so I'm not after this for myself.
If this already exists then I apologise, and please ignore me.
Is there any kind of reward for the people who did a lot of work for their faction in Strat? Sometimes it came across as a very involved process. Maybe if there was a pool of LP's and/or Gold for each faction at the end of strat, which could then be distrubuted at the end at the discretion of the Leader.
This way, maybe organisation would only promise to help a faction maybe for some kind of reward for their own clan (e.g. If the leader of the 'Example' clan says 'I will help the Grey Order for 20% of the final LP pool'.)
The leader of the faction at the end of strat would then have to decide if he would honour this or not. If not, then diplomnacy for the next round would be ruined.
They could also make promises they couldnt fulfil - ie agree to give 5 smaller clans 20% of the end LP.
I think the people who spend fucking ages doing strat deserve some kind of reward, the above is something ive just thought about sitting and might encourage some shady tactics, which makes things a bit more interesting than snowball effect alliances and a bit more 'fun' than actual personal grudges.

There is that, just seems a bit gash that other than the XP you get for nothing other than the ending win/loss. Also I think a lot of the strat leaders are swimming in LP's, losing the incentive of XP, so they might like to help out their clanmates/allies who arent.

Other than the xp? The xp amount is massive for active strat people compared to the random battle player. That already means several "free" loompoints just for participating in strat.

Which sux anyways, cause it promoted guys who actually attacked or defended in battles and completely ignored guys that were doing "back-office" work in clans....

Likely won't (or shouldn't) happen. People who got the gear bug got a ridiculous amount of renown in one battle that they initiated. You get loads of XP for fighting in strat battles, also the fun (for me) was fighting in coordinated battles.

I concur, simply because the people who make it happen dont get more or less then any other merc. however dont see a non exploitable good way to award them other then reputation.

not that this will happen.. but if they were giving stuff per clan then the clan should choose. Not always the people with renown had the best impact on the clan for organization and keeping the drones in order does not earn points..
