Title: 3.1.2 Winners and Losers

Winners:
Flambard - You won't get banned for using this anymore

Losers:
Rondel - Nerfed for a third time, instead of just balancing 1h stab


Wash:
Estoc - Can be used on horseback now, but using the pole mode will get you banned.

It's actually a win that this bullcrap called Strat will be reseted and hopefully will be up again with better settings.

Why would anyone use a rondel at this point? The long dagger is superior in every category: Range, Speed, Damage, Price, and attack directions.
