I can't decide between these two builds.

Pd gives you most damage right? Regardless I wouldn't use the 2nd build with a longbow, it should be perfect on a hornbow.

Even with archery, 170-184 wpf isn't a huge change. Consider 24/18 if you want powerful shots. Personally I enjoy higher wpf to more PD. Drawing and firing faster makes it easier to land more hits. That can do greater damage in the long run than fewer strong shots. Try on a STF (skip everything but PD/WM) and figure out which one feels right for drawing and firing.

I would never consider going less than 21 Agi, that's for sure. I've played both levels, and they feel very similar to me. I need a game mechanic genius.

As a veteran long bow user (i think i can say that) I reccomend to not going above 6 pd with long bow. Shooting faster and more accurate is IMO more important than just a tiny bit higher dmg. No landing you arrows on target - no dmg, points and kills.
Even with archery, 170-184 wpf isn't a huge change.
I can't agree with that. 14 WPF for long bow is a noticable change. You have to remember that longbow is a bow with lowest output accuracy :)

If you can deal with less accuracy, go for the second. The second one will give a better trajectory for the arrow as PD increases arrow's speed. I tried with a STF 6 PD, and the arrow goes really too low for me. I stick with my 21/21 then...
If you prefer being fast to shoot and accurate, regardless of your damages, go with the first one.

Archery is all about landing your shots. Go for more wpf always. With better accuracy, you can also land more headshots which is x3 damage or something.
If you can't hit the target, you will do 0 damage to say the least.

I used to play high pd builds (pd 9 or 10) but they got fucked long ago and still are not unfucked cuz melee whine much :mrgreen:
so: anything over pd 6 is only good if you are either extremely experienced or happy with short distance shots, since you won't hit much in the distance...
best builds right now imho are 18/24 or 15/27 for medium pussy archer (with horn or nomad).

Stick to 6 PD, going above it isn't worth it. It's better to make sure you hit them than gamble to do a little bit more damage.
Austriano, 18/27 = kite kite kite kite ;D 18/24 is probably the best just for the extra power strike for eu1 imo.

About 18/24, that's true, sometimes I am regretting my choice to get a 18/27 build but most of the time I just think "fuck you, meleemy old friends, try and get me" :mrgreen:
