Title: Tyler Perry's "It's a N1PS Christmas"
Post by: SP1N on December 16, 2013, 07:33:27 pm
N1PS just retired to gen 15, finally got her groove kitties back (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=clanmember&id=509751#!?page=strategusinfolocationdetail&id=293), and I'm at a loss of ideas for her new build.

Post some builds / class suggestions please!

Oh, and to make this interesting:

50k cRPG gold to whoever posts the build I end up choosing.

edit; Level 30 builds are preferred, but 31/32 builds are also acceptable.

Balanced 1h/thrower. Because its the build you were when we first met and it makes you look really hot in jeans.

18/18 Shielder. Keep going at level 30 and put points into str after that, IF and PS.

End at level 35 with 24-18. 8PS, 8IF, 6WM, 5 Shield, 5 ATH. 160+ WPF.

This reminds me: bring me some designer jeans from Spanish-land.
This one is high up on my list considering it's the prototypical Raven build, but I just never enjoyed it much.

I've done this one on SP1Nthefun quite a few times (full wpf in one stat, though).  I always had fun with it, this will remain in consideration.

I suppose this would be 18/24 at Level 30, with 3 extra points for probably WM. Added to the mental bank.

I could even throw the 2 extra points in riding and hop on a sumpter if I know where the archers camp each round. hmmmm

Whoa there, he didn't say he was gen 16, now did he? Save the uber-high level builds for later!

Anyways, my suggestion for super fun times would have to be a 15-24 polepal. 5 PS, 2 IF, 8WM, 8ATH. I think you had a build similar to this on one of your chars somewhat recently... but whatevs. Also fun is 18-21 so you can clob people to death with a long maul. (You can always have the best of both worlds and be 18-24 at level 31 or 32, depending on how much you want to convert).

EDIT: Please nothing throwing related. The game has enough of that cancer already.  :(

Yeah, 15-24 is my main's pike build (at Level 33 w/ Riding & Shield skill).

I'm up to level 14 now with no points put into anything. I think I may just do an entire gen as a level 1 peasant, because lulz.

My current build lvl 30:

Strength:        21
Agility:         15

Skill to attr:    2 ( 0 )

Power Strike:     7
Ironflesh:        5
Athletics:        5
Riding:           5
Weapon Master:    4
Shield:           3

Two Handed: 125

Heavy Bastard Sword
Kite Shield
Destrier

Shield skill is a must now a days!

I want to make an alt with this build soon...

Strength:        18
Agility:         18

Skill to attr:    2

Power Strike:     6
Power Draw:       6
Athletics:        6
Shield:           5
Weapon Master:    6

One Handed:       45
Archery:          145

Long Bow
Broad One Handed Battle Axe
Round Steel Buckler
Arrows

Something along those lines with the equipment, it should be interesting and fun.

1h/Arb.

21str and 18agi
6ath and 6WM
7IF and 7PS

Good shit tons of fun. Can do melee and xbow pretty well if you do an even split of 1h and Xbow proficiency.

Should also consider a longsword hoplite (or maybe estoc if they make it non-invisible, since higher pierce damage). By far one of the goofiest and most rewarding classes to play.

I recently picked up my xbow shotgunner again (I used to have one with two light xbows, but they are two slots now):

10/27
3 ps
9 ath
9 wm - 180 xbow and 90 1h
6 shield

Don't expect it to be very strong, but it's amazingly fun. You basically run up to an enemy (easier if he is not aware) and shoot him. The xbow normally needs two hits for light-medium armor, so you can kill pretty consistently with it. Oh and if somebody tries to attack you, just kite untill he stops or take your dagger and buckler and spam the fuck out of him :)

Lol... i forget the specifics, but I one time made my skip the fun into a kiting little bitch... 3 xbows, 1 bag of bolts. Any melee come near you, run like all hell with 9 athletics... when u get far enough away, turn and shoot. rinse and repeat up to 3 times... then run until hes dead or gives up to reload. :D

Quite a bitch to fight against.

I still have yet to decide... I'm leaning towards 2h though, because baseball bat + football helmet tickles my funny bone.
