Title: why did i get a global ban on my alt character?

I played last night and did nothing out of the ordinary. I like to know why and lost my character and money and gear for what? This is total bs.

There's no EU nor Global ban on your account.

There was a reset of all points. Check your character page and rebuild him/her. (How you want. So be careful with what you choose if you were high level!)
