When I first launch game and servers show up, eu 3 and eu 2 are missing in the list most of the time but my real problem is ''Connection to server is lost''
it is how this error happens
1-I launch game
2-Search for servers
3-Join EU-7 (just example, it happens to all servers)
4- then connection to server is lost error pops up
5-and it is so annoying :/
I got to wait for 5-10 minutes everytime I try to join a server and after a while it just joins but that error keeps coming every time I try to join a server...
please help me

Gonna sugges a few things that might fix it but it's not 100% sure they'll do it.
Open cmd by pressing Windows key + r
type 'cmd' without the '' and press enter.
Now type the following command one by one and press enter each time.
1. ipconfig /release
2. ipconfig /flushdns
3. ipconfig /renew
Try to connect to the server.
otherwise click start and type in the searchbox:
rgl_config.txt
press enter
Open this file with notepad or notepad++
press Ctrl + F and type use_secure_connection
press enter
If use_secure_connection = 0 , set the value to 1 or visa versa.
press ctrl + S
try to connect to the servers.

This is a solution i found from Microsoft. There might be other nice guys here floating arround who know more about networking and are able to fix your problem :P But at least i can try to help.
Hi Jayden,
Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forums.
You have an issue with running the ipconfig /release command on Windows 7. It can be difficult when something that is important to you does not work as expected. It is pretty simple and we are here to help you fix the issue. We will work as a team and get this sorted out.
Please answer these questions-
1) Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?
2) Do you have a wireless utility program installed on the computer?
3) Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
I would like more information regarding the issue.
One of the most common reasons for the computer from being disconnected from the internet are outdated network drivers and interferences between the router and the computer. Try removing the interferences like cordless phones, water tanks and other wireless bodies.
Method 1-
To rule out and issue with the wired network, I would have you connect the LAN (Ethernet) cable to the computer and try the commands. You can also check the status of the connection in network connections.
Method 2-
Sometimes, the computer is unable to locate the IP address from the router. Such issues can be resolved by a simple reset of the router.
Refer the steps-
a) Locate a pin sized at the back of the router (that would be your reset button).
b) Use a pointed or sharp object to press the reset button for a period of ten seconds and then release.
c) Now, wait for the lights on the router to flash.
d) Once the lights are stable try the commands.
Method 3-
You need to reset the winsock catalog.
Refer the steps-
a) Click on “Start” and type “cmd” (without the quotations).
b) Right Click on the “cmd” icon and select “Run as Administrator”.
c) Now, copy and paste the commands one by one and hit “Enter” after each command –
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip stop
netsh int ip start
d) Restart the computer and check.
Method 4-
I would have you refer the article-

This solution is regarding to the Ipconfig /release command but might fix the /renew command too.
Also i think this is the main reason you can't find servers.

nothing fixes ''Media disconnection'' thing in ipconfig :/

Try these:
Solution 1
1) from command line digit netsh winsock reset
2) Restart PC
3) Start M&B warband and enjoy multiplayer!
Solution 2
1) Go to your routers setup page.
2)Uncheck both block IP flooding and block anonymous connections options
3) Start M&B Warband Multiplayer.
Solution 3
1. Launch game as usually go to the point where you get ''stuck'' (retrieving server list.. or connecting to a server)
2. wait a few seconds than press ALT+TAB go to start log off and switch user
3. Log back in in your account go back to game and what a surprise it WORKS
Solution 4
1) Find the RGL_config.txt in your Warband Folder and Open it.
2) Find the max_number_of_connections and change the value from 64 to 20 or so.
3) Save and Start Warband
Solution 5
1) Find the RGL_config.txt in your warband Folder and Open it.
2) Find the use_secure_connection = 1 and change it to 0.
3) If it's already 0 change it to 1
4) Save and Start Warband.
Solution 6
1) Go into Multiplayer.
2) Host your own game and start Map and spawn.
3) Quit and press start search.
If all else fails
1) Close down any apps accessing the internet.
2) Start Warband windowed and go to the MP page where you can click 'Join a server'.
3) Start Wireshark.
4) On Window 7 my wireless adaptor is listed a simply "Microsoft", so Start capture on interface: Microsoft (On XP I think it listed the adaptor type)
5) Click on Join a server.
You will see a load of coloured entries showing up on the Wireshark screen, this process normally completes in a few seconds.
6) Click Capture, Stop. File, Saveas, etc.
You could zip and attach whole log to the bug report, its not very big or look for the "GET /handlerservers.ashx?" one Daegoth requested, right-click and select 'Follow TCP Stream'.
