So I was playing on EU 1, not long ago and while fighting 3v1 at the start of the round he hit me once with a throwing weapon and I report it because he took a good chunk of damage and there is no reason to throw into a group of friendly melee fighting enemy melee. Then he hit me again, I reported it, and one last time he teamkilled me the third time .... When I asked him why he didn't respond. I didn't take any screens because WES2 beta wouldn't let me ...
