Title: Kingdoms Rise
Post by: Mr.Lion on December 05, 2013, 02:30:50 pm
Heres the trailer

What do you guys think of it?

Its basically Warband but with an upgraded combat system and magic.

http://kingdomsrise.com/tutorial/ : This should explain the basics of the game and as you can see its pretty similar to Warband expect for a few upgrapdes.

Some early form of dueling:

I'll be organizing a duel tournament soon on that game to see what the game mechanics can handle and to see what Veteran warband players can do with it :)

If you're interested in joining the tournament feel free to join this group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TheKingdomsRiseDuels

Hope to see you guys ingame

Already a thread for this game, already posted in it. Nothing like cRPG and it needs a lot of work before it MIGHT be good. Right now though its early version and it really shows.

i see they made some nice progress here , i like that they added more depth to combat and magic.
obviously it's not meant to be a medieval game , spells are going to represent a huge role in this game and i think balancing would be hard work. anyway , following this too with M:BG and Bannerlord.

I'm not opposed to a love child of M&B and DotA.

Sounds like a super low budget game with maybe a handful of devs, just by listening to the low quality audio + unprofessional narrator. Which means it sounds too ambitious to really become good, I like the concept though.
