Title: New computer

I've just bought a new computer and want to use it to play crpg/strategus, do I need to worry about being flagged for multi accounting? Thanks!

EDIT: and now I can't seem to get it to run. The launcher downloads everything, and then when I go to start the game, I get an error saying "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've tried repairing, restarting, all that good stuff. I should also point out that it is a windows 8 machine and I have no clue how to use the interface to troubleshoot.

EDIT EDIT: The problem only occurs while trying to run WSE2. Normal game runs fine.
