Title: Let people enjoy if they live through a round

Hello, i just wonder: why even if you stay alive one round, your gear gets damaged?
Maybe you can change it, so people will try to remain alive more, and by doing so being more usefull to their team...

That would encourage hiding and general cowardice. Not so useful.

Simply because if they made again winner wouldn't lose durability we would go back to losing team going naked or light/cheap armour while the winning team would use their best stuff.
