Title: Select your main character doesnt work :(

hello my problem is i cant confirm my char as my mainchar it always says my password is wrong even if i typed it 5 times right even i have to do something else to be possible to select main char but i have no idea i think its just bugged
someone knows what to do??

i also changed my password and tryed with new one also doesnt work thats realy sad
