Draw more. Doodle at work/school. At this point I can draw pretty much anything i want with various styles, and the best thing is i think i evolve even now as i draw (looking back older caricatures and newer ones!) :D

Your cat avatar is actually quite stylish, I like it. Raw sketches are pretty good to determine if someone has talent or not, because you can't fake it with gradients and highlights, if you lack it.Thank you! You mean how i pick up my targets? I'm being constantly being asked that by PMs, and i say the same: I dont discriminate anyone. I dont look anyone's K/D ratio, personality or clan. If i see something I want to draw, that's that! I have sneaked silently behind my victims, and snatched screenshots before running away. Gnjus was fine example of that. Some works are of course my way to thank some people, for example Nordmen and Fallens, as they took me in their clan. Good times. Some people contact me via PM, and i usually do the work in my own pace.Feel you. I am digital drawer and hobbyist in it. But last time IRL stud and school makes it nearly ismpossible. When i get free time, i draw or play games. :P
As I have been given a lot of good memories within this cprg community (especially in Nordmen), it is only fair to give something back. Even as drawing (since i suck at game), since drawing is my favourite hobby. I do caricatures for free, but I dont have time to draw as much as i like these days, since work is pretty consuming and especially now busy-bee as xmas is coming.
Atm i have a schedule for couple of single caricatures (including templol) and one big one for Guards ( i really do hope those guys are patient with me :shock:).

I know my style varies a lot, and not all will be "spot-on", but as I do these caricatures I try to draw every character different than in my previous work.

I was wondering if you're finally only doing individual avatars, or still up for the "family photo" for the Guards.
Since there's quite a few fellows, we understand it would take time, and you're probably not always working on it, prefering doing some individual forum requests.
But we don't really know where you are at the moment. I thought that you'd do the individual first (and then maybe post them here, for us to enjoy the work in progress, and to share it with the community) before doing the "family photo". Did you find the motivation and inspiration to start on these yet, or still thinking about it and how to do them ?

I'm making some drawings for League of Legends atm, so put crpg caricatures aside for a while, I hope you guys understand. And with already limited free-time, i'm moving soon to another apartment, so busy,so busy :lol:
Also, wishing to have actually time to play this mod again, but noticed my gear is pretty much broken/rusty (...) and gold in my inventory 1,3k.
So, if anyone has liked my works this far, and would like to donate some crpg gold, it would be earthmovingly awesome. Could repair my unloomed gear (the way i go...) and play couple of rounds now and then without worrying about upkeep. Yes, i'm still in process moving to a new apartment, slowly getting my stuff from old one. After i come work, i go buy stuff for new home (bigger than old one) etc...Not too much time to draw,though.
Except! Ikarus gave me a spark to try Adobe Effect (nice nice tool), also went and tried photoshop for a first time in my life! Still using mouse, but it is no hinder, since some tools are helping a lot (path finding yay!). I should have asked to draw my caricature two years ago but i thought the waiting line was too long..
Anyway as it seems melee is developing nicely so throw me in the queue, if u need ideas check the finger profile pic i'm using and my playstyle is somewhat sissy.
You will only see me fighting battles that are favorable either with huge group in front of me or me trying to go behind enemies. (usually i'm trying to go behind players to get that free kill) and as always if u see me in the battlefield u prob seeing my back as im running away to more favorable fights :D.
My character also has fat flat face, using armor Eastern Star-Scale Armor with Blue morion and of course some bling bling Gilded Gourglass gauntlets and golden mongolian shoes, the perfect asymmetric combination of armors :D, weapon Long Bardiche. btw i've played the SAME BUILD (backpeddling build) for four years, i did try horseman once

Draw the chainmail again by hand instead of coloring it in with texture before you come to bitch about time used on a drawing to me :D

yeh I don´t like the chainmail either, but I didn´t want to draw each single chain. This isn´t a texture, but a failed try to get a chainmail-look with simple strokes and the bevel-effect

Yeah it's difficult to get right... I just tried to mimic what Munin did. It looked pretty ok in black and white when I inked it in. The problem is I'm very shitty at coloring stuff when I scan the line work to pc...
Maybe coloring the outlines would help with making mail look nice.
