Title: Unban Thanatos

Was banned over 2 years ago. Haven't played since then and I don't remember why I got banned. I want to get back to cRPG and start afresh and see how things are. I will stay out of trouble.

If you were banned 2 years ago and are still banned that's likely a Global ban so you would need to go there.

Ever auto block or multi account?

Apparently you "remembered" (http://forum.melee.org/global/autoblocker-unban-thread/msg908304/#msg908304). Maybe next time specify that it was a different account.
