When I use wse2 with my new computer it gets this message crpg_beta.exe - System Error The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I already tried reinstalling repairing, and running in offline.

Run windows update and install all the "important" updates, should give u the latest version of directX (unless you need an older version for this game?) i have windows 8 and dont recall ever manually installing anything

Windows update doesn't update DirectX 9. You didn't have to install anything because some other game installed it for you.

If problems happen in other games u might have to try running them in a older windows form sometimes compatibility issues come up.
