Hello, today I was banned for an hour for leeching. This is not an unban request but I think the admin that banned me should get in trouble or something :P. I was setting up my password so I alt-tabed out. He then banned me after that my team/friends explained the situation and the admin was rude and immature. Are all admins like this because I will just uninstall now... I was not even AFK for 1 min and was banned while using C-Rpgs system.

Shouldn't spawn twice while doing technical stuff.

Yah i saw this happen, he should not have gotten banned.

I spawned  twice because I was kicked the first time  before I could even get the password...

I thought admins could check the level of said player ? Can they only know the name of his main and possible alts, not the level of a particular character ?


Anyway, mister bond290. Welcome to cRPG. But i don't think it's a good way to introduce yourself : asking for an admin to "get in trouble or something".

Secondly, is it that hard to copy or REMEMBER those 4 (or was it 5 numbers) on a piece of paper, then quit. Then do all your stuff on the site : buying items, etc... And then finally play the game ?
Or play the game, and then, when you decide to leave, ask for your password ?


How do you expect an admin to know that you've alt-tabbed the game, but are checking the site, and not leeching while watching TV ? Put yourself in his shoes...

If all new players are like that, asking for an admin doing his free-job to "get in trouble", then... nop. I don't want new players.

Also, screenshots help "a lot", when accusing someone of something. Please remember that, if you decide to stay and give this awesome mod another chance.

I am the admin who issued the ban. I kicked you at the end of a round since you were doing nothing but delaying it by sitting at spawn. You then spawn back in and... do the same exact thing. If you had told me that you were doing X, I would not have issued the ban. I would recommend doing what Bulzur says, its a small 4 digit password that should not be hard to remember or write down. That way you can leave the server and pick up your gear.

I find it hard to believe that you can accuse me being "rude and immature" when the only thing I did was ask in admin chat for you to respond. But, then again, whenever I do something as an admin I guess I am being "rude and immature".

Admins do not know what levels players are or whether they are new or not. That is only shown in the logs.

Regardless, ban is lifted. Try not to delay rounds by just standing at spawn and be mindful of the other players who are also playing the game.

EDIT: Why didn't you just go to spectator mode?

If you're doing stuff out of the game, then don't spawn in the next round (if you're still busy).  Seems pretty obvious.

Welcome to c-rpg, but if you need to go AFK you should go spectator, if you end up going afk a whole round (and still need to be afk) at minimum don't spawn in the next round and go back to being AFK.  In other words, use some common sense.
