Title: character gender problems

When I make a male character the gender on the website says female and I have tried remaking the charecter but it keeps happening

If you want to remake the character, you have to delete it on the website first and then join the server with a male character. You cant change genders ingame just by editing character. You could though buy a gender change on auction house or wait until level 31 and retire and then u can change it.

I have deleted the character through  the website and joined a server with a male character but it keeps registering the character as a female on the website
