So I am now 27/15 2h Cav at 32 (Should be 33 in a week or so), been a 2h for a while now and always missed Cav, so the free respect let me dabble into it again for a change of pace.
I kind of wish I went pokey poke as those Awlpikes seem to dominate, but alas I still want to keep with this build, I have a habit of respec'ing mid way through 33 when I get bored of a build (Been polearm, Hoplite, 1h, 2h and cav) and want to find something to keep me going to lvl 34-35.
So far my build at 32 is:
Weapon Master: 5
Athletics: 4
Riding: 5
Power Strike: 9
with 139 2h WPF.
I do enjoy helping with strat, thus the riding, So would you recommend throw some points into Shield, for shield walls and a little extra help while on Cav, or would you pump the rest into Iron Flesh? maybe another point into athletics? tho I don't see that 1 extra point making much of a difference, but who am I to say as I respec over and over again like a tard :p
Any advice would be great!
I do know its "personal preference" but either way I go I will always wonder about the ladder, so figure you experienced players would have a higher insight than myself.

cup the balls or stick a finger in the butt, that should finish you off.
Don't respec...33's not that hard to get to.
At 33 I'd probably convert 1 att to skills, and then put 1 more point into athletics (I notice a pretty big difference between 4, and 5 athletics). And then put 2 more into IF. having 2 more HP isn't going to be as good as having 1 more athletics IMO. Shield skill with 2h is useless IMO, you'd want at least 3 shield skill for battle mode, but in strat most shields are going to be 4 shield requirement. So I wouldn't even worry about putting points into shield.
Also if you play in strat battles, getting to 34 isn't too terribly difficult either (can do it in 6 months or so of playing most likely). And then you could convert another attribute to skills and have 5 IF. I think you have a good build as it is, I'd keep it going.

I'm 2h cav aswell and I would never let go of my Ironflesh. Combined with heavy armor it increases lifespan by 200%, not counting the occasional headshots.

So you'd take 2 more HP over 1 athletics? That's what this comes down to.

No, I'd convert attribute to skill points and have 6HP more. Makes a difference

Yes, you'd have 6 HP more vs 4 HP more and 1 more athletics. That's what I was asking.

when i was 2h cav at lvl 35 i had 24 15 and IF PS riding ath wm maxed out along with some shield skill and 1 PD, i would tke IF if i was you, surviving more hits is pretty fun
-
I would say it depends on your horse aswell.. do you find yourself on the ground often? If yes, choose ath, if no, rather IF.
My lvl32 build:
24/15
8PS
8IF
5Ath
5Riding
3WM

So 1 point in Ironflesh, or 1 in athletics, that is the dilemma.... Is there a noticeable difference in 1 more athletics, from 4 to 5? I do spend a lot of time on foot (When trying to save money)
-
You'll get much more mileage out of the one ath. 4-5 is a big difference.
-
If you go infantry from time to time go for athletics, 4 can be very frustrating
-
I'm usually right :P, so I'll repeat (as the others stated) go 1 athletics, 2 IF (instead of 3 IF)

Will do, thanks again ladz =)
