Since the patch I get very bad stuttering on certain maps. I have 120 fps constant but its very hard to play when you feel like you're warping around every second

I am warping around too. Doesn't matter EU or NA (20 or 115 ping, its worse with high ping though). Even at lowest possible FPS and gfx settings I swing through people and have people killing me through my raised shield and without me seeing the strike.

My computer is modern and handles much newer games with no problem.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this rubberbanding and stuttering?

Do you have a 120 hertz monitor? Me and OP seem to, just wondering if its something in common

BTW I set v-sync on in my graphics card options and the stuttering seems to have gone, but I'd rather not have to play with that. Its not screen tears btw, when you run you get little micro pauses every second or so

I don't know how to check the hertz rating of the monitor but its a modern 27" Samsung monitor. I doubt that this has anything to do with the constant stuttering.

Do you mean v-sync in the game graphic options? Where do you set v-sync "in my graphics card option" otherwise? I don't know what screen tears is. But, yes, micro pauses every second or so seems to be what I have got.

Actually don't think this is the right fix now. You can try it but it might be something else is the problem. I have set my FPS higher ingame and its not limiting to refresh rate like it should if I had vsync on, so might be that I have not have been playing on maps that give me the glitch.

Actually i have the same problems.

My setup is quite good:

AMD 955 4x, 12 Gb Ram, 120 GB SSD ( OS ) and fast HDD, 2x ati 6950 ( running crossfire ), internetspeed is 35/4 ( im streaming c-rpg right now ).

The problem is, especially seen on DTV, the ingame FPS going down badly. Most time, it runs with 120 fps. But when, for excample, there is a shield wall and masses of dead enemies, fps going down to 30. And it seems like there are some "ingame" areas on the map where fps dropping down, im not sure.  When this happened, i checked my ping pressing tabulator and its still fine ( 20-29 ). I already changed my videooptions ingame, but didnt really help. So im thinking its not a problem of my hardware or the server, its a problem of the game engine and/or map???

Any advices which would help?

I was having that proclem too like 1 month ago, but after 3-4 days, it haven't occurred anymore. Recently, i had that again like 3 days ago, but mmy ping became normal again yesterday.

It might work on you too, waiting couple days.
