Wondering what a good LONG hafted blade build would be
-
I would recommend 18/21 or 15/24.
You'll need a lot of athletics to make use of the good range.
So depending on what armour you use and whether or not the LHB is heirloomed you should choose one of those two builds.

kk ill go with 15/24 now what skill points should I use? wm,ath,ps,etc

Go for 5 PS and 5 IF, 8 Ath ofc and the rest in WM. lvl 30 its 5 WM and 31 its 8 then.
-
So 5 if 5 ps 8 ath 8 wm?

Well contradictory to every post here, i played 24/15 with Mw LHB in Lorldy Heavy Strange and that hit like a ton. Good range when backpedalling, good speed and 8ps hits like crazy.

Any other builds that might possibly work?

18/21 and 21/18 are both good for level 30. You could also do 18/18 with 6 PS 6 IF 6 Ath 6 WM and 5 Riding. You can use the long hafted blade on horseback, including the side swings. It's by far the longest weapon you can swing on horseback, so the playstyle is truly unique. Takes a lot of getting used to, much like learning wigglesticks.

Depends on how you like to play
STR build gives you more HP and you hit hard, it's a bit more forgiving if you're not the best blocker but limits you movement and ability to hop in and out of the fights if the situation gets a bit hairy. You will do well in big melee blobs and ganks
AGI build will give you speed hence morr manouver options, you can flank and ambush easily but you will be much more vulnerable to projectiles and not really recommended you be in the first line of the melee blob, you will also need more hits to kill someone but with 8wm you should be able to spam the well.
Also depends on the armor you wish to use.

Well I want to be hard hitting I was thinking like medium armor the barbarianish armor

8 WM is more important than 3 more IF.
LHB is a fast weapon you may as well make use of it.

If you are still building your build i advise against iron flesh until you have maxed weapon master, you are an agi build you most likely will not get much benefit from ironflesh compared to more weapon-master. If you really want to abuse agi lower armour is very helpful which ironflesh really doesnt help. I believe 15/24 5 ps 8 ath 8 weaponmaster and then you have 2 points left over which can be thrown into ironflesh or shield. If you want to save up points at a higher lvl you could have a better build! I have abus... i mean used the warspear for along time and have used the lhb quite abit and its a good weapon unmasterworked get that skey on!
