How can I be killed by one throwing lance while I have 79 body armor and full 60 hp? And it wasn't inda head

It is a top tier throwing weapon, better get used to it.

That's funny, cause I remember throwing 2 lances on someone that is not exceptionally heavily armored (16.0 weight maybe) and watching him walking away.
