4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. - The round ended i spawned in and he immediatly team kills me
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. - i have no clue

7. Names of players that can witness what happened.anyone that was in game at the time

Probably a Chinese player from the name, give him a break..

still does not give him the right to TK me as soon as i spawn in

He was banned for 24 hours less than a month ago for teamkilling as well, so by my standards, that's worth 48 hours now.
