Title: Banner slot refund!

So, one of my newest recruits, before he join my clan, had bought a banner slot (a week ago), but now it`s useless to him, can at least get some amount of his money back, and put the banner slot for auctioning again please?

haven't smoked for months...

it's a gold dump, like anything else.  I don't see the reasoning for getting a refund, he used it for a week (aren't they only good for a month?)
