Title: DTV: Grace period when joining the server...

Please add a grace period when joining the DTV servers... It's pretty often that I join and I am kicked as soon as I'm done loading because I didn't spawn before the rounds start...

When someone joins the server they should have at least 10-20 seconds after load screen to click the "ready to spawn" button and click ok.

I'm tired of having to rejoin every time I join the server and am instant kicked!  :|

I suggested this before but the thread died :(

But I'd +1 anyways if I could (either that or i don't know how to)
