4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: From what I understand, Krosis killed excav during a previous round when they were on different teams; then, when they were balanced to the same team during a later round, excav took it upon himself to tk Krosis at the beginning of the round.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: He knows he will only get a 24 hour slap on the wrist for it, if that.
