Seems like a display bug showing possible repair/heirloom conditions of an item as separate items. We need to look into that - do not sell one of them since they are all the same item. But you can repair to get rid of duplicate display.
-
Mine is not damaged.
-
But heirloomed and the same bug happens.
-
Yep.
-
When I i got an item damaged ingame, and change server or armor, its not autorepaired anymore.
Its a bug or intended to? I prefer that if I tick auto repair, auto repair everything when I got the money.
Also, its not updating ingame the repair I do on site (when it not auto repair). Must leave the server then come back.
-
I also had a duplicated damaged armour with a mail armour i had heirloomed once, no repairing hammer to fix the bug, i sold the damaged armour and lost both :(, there goes my heirloom  gen 5 i already lost one heirloomed item please dont make fun of me and give me a free heirloom point out of great mercy
-
Got the same bug with my awlpike.
Showing both tempered and balanced.
-
It seems this bug happen if you turn off the game before the end of the round when auto-repair is on, i guess it could happen as well if you run out of money while auto-repair is on.
Just to point this out Harald there seem to be no way to get rid of the bug through repairing, i had no repairing icon there even after turning off auto repair, in fact i had it everywhere except on that duplicated studded-thick green tunic over mail, wouldn't repair over time or after rebooting the game and it kept showing 5body armor on the web inventory screen.
I don't know if it fixes because i sold the studded version out of anger and lost both, how smart is that of me?
Guessing the answer i won't ask again for it to return, RIP my dear thick green tunic over mail
Anyway guys i hope it helps,
cheers

All my most expensive gear is now bugged because of this, and I don't know if ingame stats fit now, they're probably using the damaged stats.
For me it happened due to not having enough cash to repair my xbow. I tested the other items by turning off auto-repair (after logging out). Now they're all screwed, can't repair anything but the undamaged items (that seems to function normally).
If I sell my scale armour I get less than 1900 back and about 3000 for my Crossbow (10k new), so I'm out quite a lot, and I hardly have anything to begin with.
Hope it gets fixed soon!

I didnt see this thread until now. And I just had the same as Joxer on the screenshot the fine strong bow and the balanced one and i just sold that balanced strong bow almost right away, I had no idea what was that. This is just terrible for me as u can imagine... Feels damn odd n stupid..
This is just really odd i think, could have happen to anyone. Please tell me there is a solution, i'm sure, at least i hope you can see in the database that I owned it or so.
Or just see that I am gen 3 and that I dont have any heirloomed item in my inventory and 0 heirloom points..
Please tell me someone can fix this Sir. Thx for your help.

Started my own thread

got the same problem now, any way to fix it? (didn't sell it... don't worry)

I have a similar thing and something that I assume is slightly related.
After I think it was the last patch I now on the website have a Heavy Arabian Warhorse AND a Well Bred Arabian Warhorse, "Heavy" was removed and replaced with "Well Bred" in one of the recent patches so it is very odd that the heavy one has reappeared.
IN GAME though I only see the Well Bred Arabian Warhorse, but for some reason in game I also have access to a Heavy Churburg Cuirass which doesn't appear on my website inventory.

i didn't understand it and sold the one I didn't really have, and now I lost my well-made ligh xbow

Likewise.
Is there any word on refunds? I am aware this is beta, however being in possession of a full time job puts me at odds with the grinding friendly system of heirloom acquisition. As such on my main character I had one hard earned heirloom, which is now gone. Tears were shed.
