Title: Soup is not allowed in Tech Help?

Packetsoup (Tuettensupe? Toutensoup? Tuttensuppe?) is not allowed to create new topics in Technical Problems area, why is this? He is allowed in other forum sections, please an admin PM him or someone reset his permissions since he isnt muted or anything like this.

thats how the forum looks since i arrived from work...
visitors can't see pics , please register or login


i updated and cleaned the cache...
using firefox...

no clue whats going on

edit:
after i posted here i could open new topics but the forum still looks like shit...some help is still needed :)
