Title: Diplomacy Picture/Graphic

Hey guys I remember fairly recently maybe a couple months ago someone was actively updating a picture/graphic of all the public diplomatic relations between the active factions of the map. Both NA and EU. I was recently trying to find the thread to help explain strategus to a friend of mine. Anyone know where that thread is/who created it?

Knute was doing it. It is buried in diplomacy somewhere. He ended up too busy to keep it up to date.
