Can you explain why, given the recent patch?
It seems more of a preference than ever before. You feel faster in all areas as you increase agility and you feel stronger as you increase strength. There is more of a difference in wpf due to the way it scales, and strength builds that want to put points in WM now have to sacrifice in other areas.
Strength builds 9-15 agi are still great, but now I feel it's going to be more similar to balanced builds and agi builds and debatable on what's better. Due to the abundance of wpf, agi builds are also quite good in armor, too.

When it comes to strategus battles, STR builds with 10 PS are still better than my 7 PS build because of the way strat battle works.
