Anyone? It has changed, but i've seen no formula yet.

The big popup on the cRPG site said something about it.

I think the change was something like 13 wpf per PT level down to 11.

Wpf requirement per pt changed yes.
To me it feels only that has changed; not the formula.

Why not PD? Because archers always have tons of wpf to be accurate and be able to shoot targets smaller than horses standing few meters away...
