Title: Question about the incoming free respec!

Is the free respec gonna apply for all your characters?? Or only your main??

Because my true main is level 34, but now I switched to one of my alts, so I could play strat and level them faster.

Please answer because this is important!

it should be applied to all chars imo
would be retarded to give the lvl 30 hero a respec and none to the lvl 35 alts...
