warband from 8 to 9 bucks(usually you get 2 cd keys like here http://plati.ru/asp/pay.asp?id_d=1155030&searchstr=warband )
Bought there warband for 10$(when it was released 30$ in steam), cod mw 3, europa, red orchestra and other stuff.
All games use English in my steam(since I set steam to english) Region free etc.
Don't know about English interface on the site, but google translate saves :)

Since it's a Russian site you have to be careful. Some games are with a region-lock. The Russian version won't work when activated elsewhere.
Personally, I use these 2 sites:

You could get 100% guarantee if you'll buy from a guy with good reputation or if there are a lot of positive comments for the game.Since it's a Russian site you have to be careful. Yep, I think there is a possibility. Never heard about any case from my friends though. Also some sells have "RegionFREE" in the game description.

I used g2play once and never again.
I payed for a game key and of course waited for the e-mail sending me the key, instead I received an e-mail saying my purchase is suspicious because I'm a new user etc etc and that I need to provide them a scan of my fucking passport, to confirm my identity. Of course I was like "Are you fucking serious?" and it took me a few angry e-mails to make them send me the key, with basically me stating I've been buying games online for years and have never heard of such a ridiculous request.
In the last e-mail I told them they can either send me the key, refund me my money or I contact pay pal about it, with that they sent me my key no questions asked, which made me question their "request" because if they were that concerned about me being some kind of scammer/fraudster etc they would have just refunded me. Who the fuck would scan their passport and send it some asian in third world country.
I'm not even going to bother with this Russian site, I have no idea about Russian law and there are far safer sites to use, even if the prices are so good there.

They never asked me.
And using a VPN to activate region locked games is forbidden by Steam. About 2 years ago a friend got his full account permanently deleted for doing that. I won't risk that. Rather pay 5€ more and be on the safe side :wink:

I'm sure they don't ask everyone, but I'm not the only person to have been asked this, just google it. I also wouldn't call g2play "safe", not many of these sites are safe, especially not a site that requests passport scan and actually argues with customers after they've taken the customers money. IMO unless you're pisspoor I would avoid most of these sites and if someone does want to use them, make a new steam account for that game incase it gets banned hard lol.
