Hello I'm really new and I have no idea whats is Strategus and when I go on the servers there is no one online. So can someone tell me what it is PLEASE?

a) following colored dots on a map
b) singlplayer campagne as multiplayer, but in a 2D/Browsergame with fights on eu/na 3 servers.
c) a huge waist of energy for micromanaging something that doesnt exist
d) my obsession
