I see people using a lot of different abbreviations or terms I don't know (ex: IF, agi which I assume is agility, hoplite, etc...) So is there a list of these? If not, what do they mean?
-
Well, you have to be more specific which terms you don't understand. Although most are rather easy to understand. IF means Iron flesh, agi means agility, hoplite is the spear/shield combo, cav means cavalry... You'll find out by yourself eventually, most are self-explanatory anyway.
If you don't know something, don't hesitate to ask on the server - you'll just have to figure out the proper answer in between all the trolling :wink:

some ones that I can remember off the top of my head:
str = strength
agi = agi
if = ironflesh
ps = powerstrike
pt = power throw
pd = power draw
wpf = weapon proficiency
ath = athletics
LS = longsword
HBS = heavy bastard sword
hoplite = not really an abbreviation but refers to ancient greek soldiers that used spear and shield
respec = respecialization
gen = generation
loom = heirloom
strat = strategus
multi = multiplier
alt = alternate (character, mode)
xbow = crossbow
2h = two handed
1h = one handed
cav = cavalry
cm/mats = construction material
csite = construction site
there's a lot more but like benkei said most are self explanatory and you'll get the hang of them, ask around on the server and a few people will be willing to give actual answers.
