Title: Commander chat bug

There seems to be a bug with commander chat, when you use it, it seems to automatically drop your current weapon.

confirmed, makes typing usefull commands while moving impossible

EU problems.

Never happened to me on NA servers (both NA1 and NA3)

I think it just tries to dagger quickdraw.  Also I think it makes me look like I'm vomiting the whole time, which in my opinion is a feature, not a bug.

same for admin chat (on hre dtv atleast) might have something to do with dagger quickdraw.

However, it doesn't drop when the weapon is sheath-able I believe, so it must be something else
