Title: Observation on Powerful Bar Mace?

Not asking or wanting a change but I noticed my now Powerful Bar Mace seemed extremely slow even in studded leather Leather gloves no helm and hunting boots and no helm

I have 18 agi and 151 wpp


It weighs 5.3 compared to regular at 3.3

It was late so may have been tired but what's crazy is I picked up a 1h warhammer and that thing was fast as hell

Lol no helm twice I am still tired anyhow if anyone can test this I 'd appreciate it thx later on

It seems 2h upward attack got slowed or something was changed to the animation because even with he bastard sword the upward slash is very slow compared with the side slashes.
