Title: [NA7] Weird server lag.

I've been having this issue on NA7 for a couple weeks now where every five to ten minutes the server freezes briefly.  The freeze doesn't last for more than half a second but it's very annoying nonetheless.  I played on NA1 for about an hour just now and I did not run into this issue there.  So I believe that the problem lies with the NA7 server itself or perhaps recent changes to the game mode.  (That didn't stop me from trying everything on my end from router/modem resets to reinstalling NIC drivers and white-listing my games drive with my AV software.  No change.)
