Tell me please, I downloaded Steam licensed copy the mod cRPG launched one time I had gone all right, and when I restarted I was writing:

The element with the same key has been created.

OK
---------------------------
What do I do?

First, you read one of the many other threads asking the same question.

Then, you tick the offline box in the launcher.
