Title: The Wolf Among Us

Actually released last week, under $25. Done by TellTales Games in the same vein as The Walking Dead, but based off of the Fables comic books. Another "make your own choice" interactive story. I'll be picking it up after I finish the latest Walking Dead and WD Season 2 games.

Its decent but the first episode is pretty short. Don't really know anything about the comics, but seemed well made and well written eventhough the Walking Dead writers weren't involved I believe (They were let go at some point)

Decent? DECENT? This game is FUCKING AMAZING.

If you liked The Walking Dead game you'll love this, if not more. The story is 10x better and the length of it is very similar to a episode in TWD (about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours).

I was gonna make a thread on this but forgot, would highly recommend it.

Never played any of these weird story games but omg yes this game was so great.


Definitely short, though only the first episode is out. The 25$ buys you all the episodes.. so it seems pretty worth it.



I don't like this whole episode shit though. I just wanted to keep playing, it was such a tease. :(

You can play through all of The Walking Dead series 1 now, and get ready for series 2 out this month. Made by the same company and has similar gameplay/very story/dialogue focused

Yup if you like Wolf Among Us take a look at The Walking Dead. In my opinion though WAU is better than TWD.

You still have quicktime events like mashing QQQQQQ , aiming and click on stuff etc. I wouldn't say either game has a combat system

The comic has a nice premise, but I don't care for the writer much. The characters are also a lot less likable than in the game.

(I read the comic first, years ago, so don't even start on that)

Going to try it out, seems like a good alternative to TWD season 2 which I would rather skip since I constantly wanted to bash clementine's annoying face in during the first series and I can't imagine that I would enjoy playing as her.

I got Walking Death in some bundle for free and ofc I played it for a bit... well, the first episode and I think it's boring compared to Wolf Among Us.

Tho, I never was a Zombie fan so maybe that's why I think Wolf Among Us is actually way better than the other one.

I finished it, I enjoyed the whole series a lot, more so than TWD. Pretty stoked for Borderlands/Game of Thrones games!

I think that they created a great atmospheric game with a cool world around it. Way more than in WD imho.

TellTale is playing around with the concept of interactive games though. Sometimes I don't know what they are trying to achieve.
