What to do when some asshole stole your ballista while are you recharging it?

If you are Ortiga, I dare you to use a ballista anytime again!
You made at least 2 more teamshots on that round and when you did the third one, which was the triple headshot in your sig, i freaked out and got banned from fips. (legit by fips, well banned)
If you are not:
Probably you are the asshole who has stolen it before or you are maybe just not clever enough to ask. Otherwise the other one is an ass and you have to deal with it. Maybe try out some melee fighting (thats the thing the game was made for between...)

This game is not ONLY made for melee. The fact is in this game exist a full arsenal of ranged weapons.
I ask about ballista stealing because this afternoon someone shot the ballista i was recharging, I dont like it and im here just to ask what to do in that case.
I just use the ballista a couple times in my gamelife, but in this case i didnt know how to react. If you were killed by ballista, i ask you to forgive me humbly. I used that shot in the sig because it was the most strange thing i ever do in warband.
I use 1h since i start playing this, and i wish there are a nonranged server to play melee properly.

you can be mad and rage, but that risks a ban
In the beginning melee was ruling the game and it should go back to it in my opinion. Many peeps want to remove ballistas from siege again, but some like it and it can be pretty useful for defenders i gotta admit (not when you are using it though)

3 allies head to be exactly.
The situation was that:
In the first breakthrought on the castle, i aim to the walls hole, were the enemys waiting for siege tower.
I shoot and the bolt goes lower than i predict (i just shoot the ballista one time before in the previous round and it damage a friend that is jumping in front of the enemy ballista operator.)
You can imagine the end.

Then you nudge or kick him and when he's still being an ass you should move on.
Also those 3 teamkills were alright. It was dumb of him to shoot there but it was even dumber to go nuts and teamkill him for it.

Since it's generally accepted by the community at this point, I can only wait to see the piss poor ban threads that come your way. I'd also like to tell you that siege KD doesn't affect character stats KD. So if someone steals your ballista vanquish them with the same vigor and conquest that you would any mortal foe.
I really am excited to see the piss poor ban threads that result from this.

Teamkills doesn't affect your character stats KD either. Just saying.
