I would like to play an archer, and I question whether you can reset the stats .. ?
But I would keep my arms

You can't, but you are free to create another character, as many as you like.

I tried to lvl up myself by using C button, and it ate my 4 skill points, is it possible to get them back? :/.
And whats with retirement  :(
