Title: lags still make many mechanics unusable

cant bump anyone without having to stop my horse completely for a few seconds to make the lag stop.

lots of animation skipping and stuttering,  on quite low settings (used to be able to play game on highest settings with same rig)

anything i do with my horse gets punished by horrible lags rendering me defenseless to any shit, fuck.  goddamit.

Yes, having to make a full stop or ctrl + j after almost every horse bump is getting old. :?
