Title: Sword Art Online [Anime]

This was the first anime i have ever watched and it was amazing . If you like animes you should watch this one too.
The central topic:
In the year 2022, the Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (VRMMORPG), Sword Art Online (SAO), is released. With the Nerve Gear, a virtual reality helmet that stimulates the user's five senses via their brain, players can experience and control their in-game characters with their minds.

On November 6, 2022, all the players log in for the first time, and subsequently discover that they are unable to log out. They are then informed by Kayaba Akihiko, the creator of SAO, that if they wish to be free, they must reach the 100th floor of the game's tower and defeat the final boss. However, if their avatars die in-game, their bodies will also die in the real world.

I have aquired my share of infamy because I have different views. While this community thinks that shit like hiltslashing and point blank pike stabs are alright, I think not. Of course, going against stuff that is thought of as alright because majority of people use it will earn me hate, but I already stopped caring.

Now  I do not want to turn this into another game balance discussion, so please, be so kind and stop hating.

Discuss Sword arts online or stuff that is relative.

Will watch this for sure thx, been lazy with animation last 6 months or so.

If you like epic battles be sure to check out Faith:Zero, really nice looking and quite epic in some moments

hm first few episodes were on the lame side,  specially the weak woman cliché shit pissed me off,  but after the last episode was kinda sad its over ^^

definitely gets better later on.

SAO(anime) is pretty awesome as it is now... as the story with some kind of happy end. everything what is going on after the first 2 arcs, was showed in anime, shouldnt be anything more.
i know about other arcs... and i think everything post the scene in bar is illogical. main characters was trying to be together in real life once and forever... so they just started to play another virtual reality game. gj.
all this smells like comercial things... at least I think so.
