Title: Add to the Auction, custom Titles of Nobility.

Once per 10 days, make an auction with a title of nobility, that you can customize it as you like, and of course it will be needed to be approved by an admin before you can start using it, to avoid racism and other stuff..

For example I would like to have a title that goes something like this "Panos_the_bear_of_Athens, the relentless anti 2h hero"  :mrgreen:
