I suck at throwing and threw two throwing spear on panos, I did not mean to.
He killed me with two deliberately shot Bardiche.
Then he insults me me dealing with French ...
I'm not French.

He did as I threw two throwing spear without purpose.

This guy was standing on the stairs and we were surrounded by enemies, as you can see after I teamkilled him, I instantly killed an enemy. Yes he shot me, yes I raged and insulted him, but no, I didnt kill him on purpose.

Why didn't you say 'sorry' in-game then? You actually insulted the guy instead, points to deliberate TK.

My guess is that you hoped this guy wouldn't post a ban request.

Need an admin to check the logs, get back to me, and I'll handle this.

Oh man, I`m so dumb, next time I`ll stop fighting multiple enemies, and I`ll start writing an apology to a guy who shot me, not once, but twice while I was fighting multiple enemies, just because I tked him by accident.

I am a rager and a troll, and yes I got banned multiple times in the past, but do you actually think that I`m THAT stupid to start teamkilling people, while I know that cmp is waiting for me at the corner??

Yes I shoulda say sorry to him instead of calling him names, but people who are getting shot by friendly melee while fighting, will know how much annoying the stun is.

In all fairness, everyone on the server will tell a new player NOT to stop fighting just to type "sorry" and being killed while doing so. That would be a useless death and bad for the team.
So, Panos not typing Sorry instantly is normal behaviour on EU1 if the team hitting player is still in a fight.

I am not taking sides here, I merely felt it could be useful to clarify that specific point.

I see panos play since 2011... and I think he's now a normal player and very good mate.

I thed once by accident today and he was very gentle with me.. no insult, no th revenge, no banrequest...

sometimes he's a bit raging but...very nice player, I love him.

I always defended him and I still do it now. Crpg needs pple like him...

I would love to see how this goes. Nearly at every admin thread, an admin just closes the report because one side failed to properly prove that the guy they are reporting intentionally team-hitted or killed them. There is no proof that Panos, the Cunt of C-RPG, intentionally hit him, apart from two team-hits. And insults? Last time I checked "fuck" was the most common word in English, which can be used as verb, adverb and adjective. This is the interweb. If you don't have a thick-skin, either turn it off or go to United Kingdom, where they are about the ban everything.

However, it is Panos. Lets just jump into conclusion and ban him. Ask for logs where it is nearly never asked, and find something to punish him for a couple of days.

He is a Greek peasant, cunt and molester. However that does not mean he should be banned. (again. or like, again. maybe again again and again)

I'm just gonna go ahead and close this. Enough of the discussion.

If you have anything to say that actually helps figuring this out, send a pm to me or cooties (Who promised to take care of this). I can't take a look at the logs for now, so not going to judge on this because the two screenshots don't really proof any intentional teamhits, especially considering that panos killed someone else right after the teamkill.

But panos, keep your head down with the insulting. I know you would even compliment someone by using insults, but try not to get permabanned for horsecrap like this.
