Title: Ban Cyranule_BRD

1. Name of your character involved Jason_The_Great
2. Name of offending character(s) Cyranule_BRD
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible 8pm ish EST NA1
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.  Me and Cy raced to the enemy spawn to kill fresh spawns while on horseback.  Cy got dismounted so I tried to help him.  I think I bumped him (they were spinning alot) so when I came back around he dismounted me.  I quickly rushed and engaged the guy Cy was fighting and (to use a wow term agroed him).  As I was engaged in melee with him Cy kept TWing me untill he killed me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.  Cy does this on occasion.  When I was in BRD he would brag about team killing people who accidentally team wounded him in combat. 
6. Multiple Screenshots (only have one because I was not planning on posting but think its best consider the rest of us have to follow the rules).

It was an accident - in ts with him.  Was gunning for the kill and you kept moving into his swings when he swung at the enemy (maybe to make this thread?).  Evidence - you took at least 5 hits - you were getting hit by glances by walking into them while he was fighting the enemy at spawn.  Cyranule doesn't team wound on purpose, but if admins will look at Jason's past record you will find which of the two is more reliably trusted when it comes to teamwounding.

Witness (was on my alt), crayons uses the inverted type swings, this can result in twing. He's always been an asset to which ever team he's on. Accidents happen, no clue why people are so quick to ask for ban's when it can be easily settled by just talking to the other person involved. He almost never chats, but had you said you were so upset, you'd most likely gotten a 'sry' out of it.

You guys have no business trolling this ban request against Jason. its clear your just trying to back up your friend with ridiculous excuses. multiple teamwounds and then a tk? yeah hes going to get banned now fuck off my old friends

Woah Thelix, let's calm down buddy.  I'll be the first to say those people are not my friends, I don't even like them as people. 

The truth is Jason has been very angry with all FCC members since we've kicked him out.  Although I had nothing to do with it apparently even I'm someone he can lash out at.  I've been very worried about him since I found out he tracked down one of our member in real life and stalked him to his work.  Sitting in a corner for hours while staring at his prey, unblinking.  I do agree with you Thelix we should not be picking on Jason or trolling him for these very serious and real issues.  We also shouldn't give into his every whim when he walks into teammates swings repeatedly trying to get his target banned. 

As a community we can come together and help Jason.  If it's medication or even a hospital he needs we should see that he gets it. 
I'll be starting a fundraiser for Jason to see he gets the help he needs.  Contact me on Steam if you'd like to donate or just pass along a helpful word.

its true, after he was kicked out of FCC he joined teutonic for about a week. he talked about how (the person) looked and talked and worked. it was extremely weird listening to a stalker

Normally I could see this as being accidental, but six teamwounds is rather excessive.  Too excessive for me to believe they weren't intentional, on top of how well grouped each hit is.

24 hour ban placed on Cyranule_BRD, your fifth ban in 2013.
