Was wondering if you would be able to add kilts or highlander armor that could go with the highland claymore

only problem is they would have to design proper dicks and balls (for non-melee, that is), because decent scots don't wear nuffing under it.

(schlongs of skyrim is however really easy to port to m&b, I'm sure of it)

The argument I've heard against kilts in cRPG is that they didn't really appear until late 16th century, so outside the historical scope of the mod. However, the Black Armor, Side Sword, Long Espada, and several other items are from the same period or later.
