Just got greenlight, I believe. The beta was wonderfully done. Still in development, but I'd say it's really good.

The only "progression-tree" they showed is... a dual choice. If that's the RPG side of it... wahou.

The fast-paced combat, is actually close-quarter right at the beginning. Because for them, all the movements is jut boring. For me, placements is a must have in those tactical RPG. If it's useless, they might as well revert to the 2D turn per turn.

Looks interesting! If only it had multiplayer or co-op, and I'd try it.
