I requested 2 times for a name change and paid the 2.000 gold but after some hours the request is gone and my char's name not changed. Maybe it is not an appropriate name or sth? And before you ask, yes the name is available or so it says.

Full name changes are not allowed.
You have to retire if you want a full name change
