3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 12:00 GMT

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Basically i was riding my horse and i hit some stakes that were blocking an alley, after i got up from my horse i then started to attck the baracades to get through because the enemy were behind me. Gomer sat behind these and then threw a throwing knife into me and killed me.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
He just got banned from NA and came to EU to troll

I can confirm what strudog said.

Also, on the previous map, Gomer with some other NA pricks, were hiding on the map borders in order for them to be last and delay the round end.

Lol EU guys wern't kidding about making a pole to eliminate the Yankee can't wait till admins read the logs and ban you guys.

it`s really funny, because if they see the chat logs, they`ll ban you for YMCA..

Well I posted my ban thread. Merc_Blueberry muffin and Pimp were there two admins. Not to mention a simple look over the logs will have me whistling Dixie whilst you buy another CD key. I hope you got a laugh at least out of this because I didn't.

Considering you pretty much lied in the other ban thread, really saids something, i think this must be my only ban thread in the past year, i dont give them out easily, but you did go over the top.

Can't wait for logs to show I hit you once you instantly ban poll'd me. In correlation to what was said the round before and after it will hopefully be your last. I will just let admins check the logs. Liars get perma banned  :)

I've looked through the logs & spoken to other admins who also went through the logs, none of us can find anything out of the ordinary. To use the words of my colleague, Gomer was being "insufferable" in chat which is quite true, there was some animosity but nothing out of the ordinary.

Then came a single team kill with no precursor and a ban poll.

No action taken from me, however I will leave a clause here to allow any admin who was online at the time to make their own verdict should they wish as they would have seen first hand what was actually happening, and not just reading the chat side of things.

Gomer, stop acting the fool, I banned you previously within 10 minutes of you playing, you're being banned on NA servers constantly and I have a right mind to ask for your permanent removal, so buck your ideas up.
